            I mentioned these books in my last post. Another blog I follow spoke about these books (specifically one hot alien *cough* Daemon *cough* *cough*) I picked up Obsidian expecting it to be like every other YA sic-fi book... boy was I wrong. The Lux series may be known for the man on it's covers, but there is more to it. Katy is one of my favorite, and will remain, the best narrator I have ever read. And I've read many. Katy is such a realistic character that, when reading the books, I almost forget that she is fictional.
            Daemon. Daemon Daemon Daemon... There really should be a sticker that says MAJOR SWOONING WILL HAPPEN. PROCEED WITH CAUTION. Yes, he is hot, but also is one of the best charcters I have ever read. J.Lynn is such an excellent author. She's amazing at capturing not only the emotions of a scene, but just what it's like to be a teen (even though I'm sure there are no alien boys out there... right? A girl can dream).
           Pick up these books. I'm dying right now waiting for the fourth book Origin. Which is going to be in both Katy's and Daemon's POV's. This series honestly has everything in it. Romance, action, angst, and so much more. Honestly though, if you're a sic-fi fan, these books are perfect. GO. READ NOW. I'm just going to stare longingly at mine.
